I completed my BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies in Leeds, where I developed a strong understanding of child development and education. I then achieved my PGCE in Leeds, gaining the skills and experience to become a qualified teacher, and later completed a Master’s in Special and Additional Learning Needs at the University of East London, further strengthening my expertise in inclusive education.I have worked as a Primary Teacher across various grade levels in Hong Kong, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Sudan, Turkey, Kuwait, and Qatar. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of diverse educational settings and adapt my teaching to meet the needs of students from different cultural backgrounds.I enjoy seeing my students from a holistic perspective, valuing their personal, social, and emotional growth alongside their academic progress. Kam përfunduar studimet Bachelor në “Childhood Studies” në Leeds, ku ndërtova një bazë të fortë në zhvillimin dhe edukimin e fëmijës. Më pas fitova kualifikimin PGCE në Leeds, duke përvetësuar aftësitë dhe përvojën e nevojshme për t’u bërë mësuese e licencuar. Studimet i vazhdova me një Master në “Nevoja të Veçanta dhe Mësimdhënie Shtesë” në Universitetin e East London, duke thelluar më tej ekspertizën time në arsimin gjithëpërfshirës.

Kam punuar si mësuese në arsimin fillor në nivele të ndryshme klasash në Hong Kong, Kinë, Kazakistan, Uzbekistan, Sudan, Turqi, Kuvajt dhe Katar. Këto përvoja më kanë ndihmuar të kuptoj mjedise të ndryshme arsimore dhe të përshtas mësimdhënien sipas nevojave të nxënësve me prejardhje kulturore të larmishme.

E shoh çdo nxënës nga një këndvështrim gjithëpërfshirës, duke vlerësuar rritjen e tyre personale, sociale dhe emocionale, së bashku me zhvillimin akademik. Është jashtëzakonisht shpërblyese të shohësh si formohen në individë të sigurt, të kompletuar dhe të suksesshëm brenda dhe jashtë klasës.
